Is there a best time to workout? How many of us have likely asked ourselves this question? I know I have!
I normally workout at 5 am and I do this because I have to get home to wake up the kids. But what did I do before kids?? I had to really think back a LONG LONG time ago and in college I worked out either during the day or in the evening.
Once I graduated and started working, I think that is when I switched to early am workouts? I was at work so afternoon workouts were out and then at night I was too exhausted OR there was a happy hour I had to get to! Happy hour was very important back then!
This article I read today on ABC News reports that the key to crushing your fitness goals may come down to something as simple as changing the time you workout. I say we all need to do what best for us and for those of us working out in the am….. it seems we may be in a better mood than others.
